The Devon & Exeter Armed Forces Community Support Hub provides a drop in ‘one-stop shop’ for members of the Armed Forces Community.
The Hub is built upon a unique partnership between SSAFA, The Royal British Legion and St Loye’s Foundation. We have facilities for service providers as well as networking and partnership working opportunities.
We are located on the second floor of St Loye’s Foundation’s main headquarters in Beaufort House, on New North Road in central Exeter. We draw together the service providers, agencies, organisations and charities that assist military personnel. There’s support with housing, employment, welfare, health and well-being under one roof. We promote inter-agency working and improved access to services, information and advice for the Armed Forces Community.
“It all starts with a brew and a chat”
“Work for those who can, Support for those who can’t!”
“My general state of mind and mood is much improved. I have been able to establish a routine, and more importantly, direction. I am feeling much more positive about life and finding work in the future.”
“Six months from walking in with nothing, I’m moving into my own place, I have transportation, I have a new job, I have purpose and I have ‘me’ time”
” I’m feeling a lot better than I was and people have started noticing a change in me”
“thanks for all your support guys past and present. Keep up the good work”
